Thank you, I needed this, today 2 of my friends rejected my invitation to hang out with them. I sat down and reflected on why I feel this extreme sadness and I realize I never felt safe around me, I don’t trust or have any relationship with myself so I often obliged people to fill those voids for me. I want to enjoy my own company and I hope I can.

I came here from an instagram post. I've hit rock bottom in my life. My family's going through a lot and although sometimes it's difficult to have the will to live yet I don't really wanna go that way. I'm in my early 20s and too young to give up. I've been living the same life since I was a kid but recently I'm craving change. To live a better life and give a better life to my family. I don't have friends or a partner. Solitude is peaceful but sometimes it turns into loneliness. Even with so much obstacles, I find it beautiful like poetry. I'm craving change and the universe is aligning me with so many helpful resources such as this channel. Thankyou. I'm overwhelmed.

One thing in this world that truly can be manifested is your perception. The more you worry about the negative outcomes of your situation the more frequent they become. Sometimes it truly is best to have the "Fuck it" outlook. Don't be afraid to fuck up and put yourself out there for the growth and experience. People respect you more for it at the end of the day, and I promise you even in failure you will have the satisfaction of knowing you tried. The only regrets I have is never trying, because there could be apart of myself I never found in the thing I was scared to do.

“some circumstance made us feel bad, and we’re hiding from it, so we cast it off and reject it as a part of us, but in an effort to do so, we’re making apart of us.” goddddd. god. i think ive needed to hear that for a long time. i think there were many things in this video that i’ve needed to hear for a long time. the ability to become your own best friend is so important yet so overlooked, and you put that concept into words that i’ve been unable to find for years. hearing them now has brought me a sense of peace that i can’t quite describe, but i think this is absolutely the beginning of a new mindset for me. one quote that’s stuck with me for so long and that you reminded me of is this one from charlotte brontë: “if all the world hated you and believed you wicked, but your own conscience approved of you and absolved you from guilt, you would not be without friends.” i’m so grateful to have found this video. i was definitely tearing up by the end. can’t wait to dive into your channel! outdoor videos and podcasts sound amazing! also i WILL be stealing 12:00 this strat 🙏🙏
