🙏🙏🙏 I have learned it a very hardway ! That we need to be mindful about the pain signals our body is giving & take corrective action . Though my back pain became lower , again it resurfaced as I tried to run & even a costly body massage has not helped me. So , on my own i have decided to give my body as much as physical rest as possible and my condition is improving. Again , I am resuming only these suggested Asanas for back pain , till my condition improves. I really owe "Yoga Institute" fir the service you are providing to humanity by these detail instructions, to do yoga without any side effects. Only you need some basic intelligence to follow your iinstructions effortlessly without any mistake. I really don't know , how can I pay you back , just doing my bit by sharing your videos with friends who has some physical Ailment, & want to heal themselves using yoga. May God bless you, and give you a very long life ,to continue this service to Humanity! 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you. These are advanced asanas and should not be done by newbies. It can severly damage your spine if done by those new to yoga who do this too quickly or soon.

First of all, thank you for imparting such critical knowledge. I am a follwer of you and I consider you as one of my spiritual gurus. When I tired this for 2 days I started having intense pain and now my back muscles are stiff. Is that normal. I also may have done the exercises the wrong way. But now I'm suffering. Kindly advise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Stop exercising. May b u are doing them wrong. Go to a physio / doctor and show him the way u are doing the exercises . If u are new to yoga, better u do the asanas with a teacher's direct supervision.

I am 60 years old person, as per MRI report my lower hip is affected by L4_L5 & S1 also piriformis syndrome in my left leg. While walking I feel more pain in a specific area and also pain while standing from sitting. While walking about 10 minutes I feel numbness. so my question am I do follow such instructions as shown for back pain? Kindly suggest as early as possible. I am awaiting for it. Thanks.

Namaste, The frequency and duration of performing each yoga asana can vary depending on your experience level, physical condition, and the specific goals you have for your practice. it is recommended to practice yoga regularly, at least twice a week on an empty stomach or 2-3 hrs after meals
