At the age of 20 I'm suffering from lower back pain due to all day sitting nd studying the same way.. But now I'm also focusing on my healthy diet nd yoga or excercise on daily basis... Also suffering from pcos 😔 but now its enough of this I can nd i will Har har Mahadev 🙏🔱❤️

Thanks for making such nice videos. One suggestion, the text on videos covers entirely the instructor and it is difficult to see the instructor performing the asanas. Kindly align text properly

Will these asanas help a botched discetomy/fusion(non union of fusion) & botched spinal-tap(leading to bloodpatch)? Cannot find any relief after trying many, many things. Need to find a way to, at least, hide the pain so I can work. Thank you, Dr.

My lower back pains during performing exercises like chakrasan . After sometime it get normal when I stop performing it . But now it started to pain continue. When I get to bed it pains. Please tell something for it.
