If you want to cure it use suppliment. With the help of suppliment u can cure with in 2 months. And most important thing is if you consume medicine for long time u can suffer with thyroid

As a lean PCOS i struggle more , i am underweight & wanting to gain weight with regularising my periods. I do yoga daily but no effect on my periods.

Mam i have irregular periods from starting of my menstrual cycle which was started when i was in 9th standard. In 18th i came to know that i have PCOD. I have consulted so many doctors. But no medicine was do any improvement. I got my periods regular at the time of consuming those medicinea. But after completed that course i again and again facing same problem. Now i am in my 21.but still facing same irregular periods problem along with facial hair, hair fall. But weight gain is an symptom of this pcod. But i have under weight. I lost 3 kg in last 2 months. I included yoga, consuming dry fruits, avoiding junk foods from so many months. But it is also not made any much impact on my problem. Pls help me to get rid of it maa

Seed cycling merely treats PCOS symptoms. At the very best, it can only provide temporary relief. It can never fix the root cause of PCOS. It is generally accepted that PCOS is a hormone imbalance. However, very few people understand that PCOS hormone imbalance begins with the insulin hormone becoming imbalanced. In other words, the root cause of PCOS is insulin hormone imbalance → It is the imbalanced insulin hormone that causes all of the other hormones to also become imbalanced. Eating seeds may correct certain hormone imbalances, but it cannot correct an insulin imbalance. The insulin hormone imbalance that is the root cause of PCOS is caused by overeating carbohydrates ( Rice, bread, pasta, fruits, sweet vegetables, etc) If you want to truly and fully heal PCOS, you must restrict your carbohydrate intake until your insulin imbalance is fixed. Generally, if you eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day, you can expect your PCOS symptoms to be healed in about one year.
