Thanks for the video. One thing I haven't found yet in all the aaa Asana videos is how to create a work flow that allows you to time block and to oversee and ensure everything is on point. Asana has a blind spot for this. I find it very frustrating since it is helpful with the separate teams and variety but also frustrating that it doesn't have a way to oversee everything hourly or daily. This often leads to issues with items I thought were done but were not or I assign them and then finding them or having a visual reminder of this is very difficult without having a very cluttered project with everything in one spot.

You can use a time manager like "Time Doctor" to do it.

Subscribed! It would be cool if you did or had a micro and macro view of all your systems video.

Thanks for sharing, For the free plan, they don't allow private tasks and projects and if you add a team member to your Asana, they will be able to see all of our systems and tasks, what is your take on this especially when it comes to sharing with VAs?

Great question! We run a company in full transparency, we don't hide anything from our employees, no matter the level!

I’m on the free version but its allowing me to create a team, only tasks. Also wanted to ask how can you use one profile for multiple businesses?

the free service makes everyone an admin basically. do you run into issues with people doing things they shouldn't, even by accident? if so, what are your methods of control for manage that?

Great question, not really, with 30+ employees in two years we’ve never had any issues, hope this helps!
