Mentoring Less Experienced Admins

When I worked at a hospital the executive assistants came up with the concept of the administrative assistant mentorship program. It was awesome. It was very informative & they were all kind, helpful & knowledgeable enough to help new & experienced administrative assistants. They would also make sure to recognize us during the Professional Administrative week/month with a gift or a surprise for us & do a holiday party just for us. I thought it was wonderful. More companies need to do it.
