this happened to me twice in-game, and I laughed then I finished it and while watching the credits, the boat seemed to be flying through the air while kenway talks to the girl, and no one else was on the ship at all; I thought it was supposed to be a metaphor for a long journey, or that their conversation meant so much to kenway that everything else around him faded away then suddenly my boat flew upwards, emerged into the waves, and dead crewmembers fell from the sky onto the deck and I pissed myself laughing for about 5 minutes

Another great glitch: if you turn on the Abstergo Cheat "Arrr Matey" (which causes Edward to utter "cliche pirate phrases" during play) you'll notice that it DOESN'T turn off during modern sections, in the Abstergo offices. So you're walking around this deco-moderne office screaming shit like "SHIVER ME TIMBERS, FIFTEEN MEN ON A DEAD MAN'S CHEST", and no one bats an eye. It's totally surreal.
