Trying something new here - for the past few seasons I have made the effort to strengthen my weak ski muscles before heading into winter. It’s a huge part of injury prevention and key to a long successful winter in the mountains.
This is a 6 week plus video series with new workouts each week. They only take 15 minutes plus another few minutes introducing the exercises. Recommended repeating 2 or 3 times each week. You’ll feel it if you’ve been neglecting your strength training!
