This week we brave daylight savings and set up shop in the barn for week 2 of training. Hilary introduces five new exercises for the 15 minute circuit: Dying Bug, Bridges, Bulgarian Lunges, Side Planks, and One Legged Squats. We head off to Alaska set to heavy metal. Enjoy!

Trying something new here - for the past few seasons I have made the effort to strengthen my weak ski muscles before heading into winter. It’s a huge part of injury prevention and key to a long successful winter in the mountains.
This is a 6 week video series with new workouts each week. They only take 15 minutes plus another few minutes introducing the exercises. Recommended repeating 2 or 3 times each week. You’ll feel it if you’ve been neglecting your strength training!
