This week we brave daylight savings and set up shop in the barn for week 2 of training. Hilary introduces five new exercises for the 15 minute circuit: Dying Bug, Bridges, Bulgarian Lunges, Side Planks, and One Legged Squats. We head off to Alaska set to heavy metal. Enjoy!

Trying something new here - for the past few seasons I have made the effort to strengthen my weak ski muscles before heading into winter. It’s a huge part of injury prevention and key to a long successful winter in the mountains.
This is a 6 week video series with new workouts each week. They only take 15 minutes plus another few minutes introducing the exercises. Recommended repeating 2 or 3 times each week. You’ll feel it if you’ve been neglecting your strength training!

love these videos but it's hard to keep track when you guys switch sides! I wish there was some little noise or something, or a countdown

getting ready for season 21-22 after a fx right proximal humerus feb 24 68 yrs old in 2 weeks but modifying teh reps...thanks hilary adn andrew

Really hoping the audible cues get better in the next videos. Was good in week 1 video, but this one is really hard to keep up with.

I'm Confused. Should I stop doing the exercises demonstrated in week 1 video? Or do both? Or alternatively?

You should do the exercises in the video 2-3x /wk then the next week move on to the next video. Also, checkout hilarymccloy.com for a more comprehensive conditioning course that provides several different hour-long workouts.

Too many adverts! Have to keep stopping the exercises to skip the advert. Also you don’t say clearly when to change the movement, so I am getting left behind. A shame as good exercises, just doesn’t flow due to adverts and unclear changes of exercises.
