@@SamuelComah look at you. It is a fact that the Fantes met and displaced Guans who were settled in the central region and other parts of Ghana. It is part of the reason Fante is distinct from Twi, particularly Bono Twi Oburumankoma and Odapagyan Were the ones who are said to have led and settled the Fante at Mankessim. It is why Guan groups are scattered and in pockets all over Ghana including Winneba, Awutu, Efutu and Asebu are all believed to be Guan. Do not erase a people from history.

After some years of his death another child was also born and had a stronger appetite just like Aseibu amenfi so he was also sacrificed

Interesting story but Samson's strength wasn't his own, but when the spirit of God came upon him, he unleashed an uncontrollable force that left everyone in utter astonishment. And guess what? That very same spirit can also be upon babies! It doesn’t matter the size.

This is a true story which I read in school. There were two strong giants who existed, named ASEIBU AMANFI and OFERINI KWEGYA. OFERINI was a fisherman. There was one day among the week when one shouldn't fish, yet he would go fishing anyway. When OFERINI threw his fishing net, there was a chance you might get caught among the fish without his noticing, resulting in your death, as giant as he was. Furthermore, there was one day when ASEIBU swallowed his sister's son, who was just sitting in a pan to cool off, much like how we normally put babies in pans and leave them to cool off in hot weather. When the sister came back and asked ASEIBU AMANFI, "Brother, I left my son in the pan with water, did you see him?" He responded, "No, but when I was drinking the water from the pan, I felt something scratch my throat, unsure of what it was." This is a true story.

It is great to hear about Asebu Amanfi, it is sad so few have heard of him. But haHa ha talk about embellishments He came fron Egypt. Asebu Amenfi existed about 1,000 years ago by then ancient Egypt had long collapsed so this is anachronistic I have no doubt he existed and that he was a giant. But his size and other narrations were made just to put emphasis on him being extraordinary. It would be great if proper research could be carried out to discern fiction from fact. This is just one of the countless amazing stories from our amazing country 🇬🇭

We love Mali. However the problem with saying we came from Mali is that the Mali empire was nascent or had not even emerged when people like Akan were settling in What is now Ghana. Asebu Amanfi a Guan is from an even earlier migration. So although we came from the region we came before ancient Mali. Definitely not from Egypt.
