The 100 years into the future theory is possible and very interesting but if it's true then we won't see professor Oak, misty, Brock, Leon, hop, Raihan, or anyone else returning cause they would've died 100 years later so I hope it's not the case. And about the shiny Rayquaza, something tells me that that the Rayquaza could have to do something with the Draconids from the hoenn games cause if you think about it, Rayquaza had a huge role in the past, it's the first Pokémon that can mega evolve, battles Deoxes, and stops Kyogre and Groudon from fighting. But that's the thing: mega evolution. So this got me thinking, what if the shiny Rayquaza not only it was the very first Pokémon to mega evolve but also the very first Pokémon terastalize it's not as farfetched that the shiny Rayquaza was in the ancient PokeBall to begin with. So how are the Draconids are involved in this? The answer to that that Zinnia's ancestors created the ancient PokeBall to seal the shiny Rayquaza away cause of it's tremendous power kinda like how the Prism bottle was created to seal away hoopa cause of it's tremendous power cause of it's onbound form so maybe zinnia could figure out about the ancient PokeBall's power and the shiny Rayquaza, I hope that's the case 🤔🧐🧐 Also welcome back Raf we miss you 😁😁

this may be very unlikely to be true but what if pokemon Horizons takes place around the same time as the original series and is like a prequel to all of the other previous series that came after the original series this would explain why ash haven't been mentioned because he's still a rookie trainer and he's likely still traveling through Kanto with misty and Brock.

As far as the timeline goes, I feel like it does take place around the same time or just after as Ash's adventures in the previous anime, but it's just such a big world, that everyone can be doing their own things without even crossing paths. Basically, a Pokémon Chronicles situation with Jimmy and Marina. I feel like maybe we'll get a little Easter Egg of Ash and Pikachu like way later in Season 2 or something if at all.

He has never met Ash, but we can safely say the Galar gym leaders were the same as they are in the games. Bea, Opal, and Raihan all were so there's no reason Milo, Kabu, Nessa, and the rest should be any different

Pokémon Horizons definitely and without a doubt, in my opinion at least, takes place in the future, now how many years have passed since Journeys and Horizons, I don't know, but I chose to believe 8 years have passed between Journeys and Horizons, now about the 'Mysterious Hero' I don't know, but again if the timeskip between Journeys and Horizons is 100 years, I think that the 'Mysterious Traveler' is Ash who changed his name to Lucius, because remember at the end of the APBM 11 episode TV special, Ash was heading towards Mt. Silver, maybe he stayed there for years and trained with his Pokémon, in the process getting some other Pokémon, and Legendary and Titan Pokémon, like Titan Arbolivia Or it could also be Sir Aaron who's the 'Mysterious Hero' and maybe it has to do with Liko/Rika's family ancestry, maybe, just maybe, and this is just a theory of mine, Liko/Rika is a direct descendant of Ash, his cousin or even great-great-great-great granddaughter, and that is why she has the Indigo League hairpin as an accessory When we finally will go to Galar in the next episode, i'm getting this strange feeling, that all of our question that we have about Horizons, you know like 'is Ash present in this series' or 'is Horizons set in a different universe' those two questions along with many more questions that we've got for Horizons will be answered, we are going to get 100 % confirmation if Ash, Leon, Raihan, Iris and the other characters are in this universe, if people in Galar mention something about the PWC or if they mention the Pokémon battle between Ash and Leon, if these things aren't mentioned in the next episode, then we'll know for sure that Pokémon Horizons doesn't take place in the same timeline as Ash's adventures

@@lucasmouraquaresma yeah I know very well what you mean, and if I was the head of production in The Pokémon Company, I would do this 1 hour long special, instead of the 11 TV special we got instead, which did no progress to Ash path to become a true Pokémon Master, but Arceus forbid that The Pokémon Company should or will take this path in the future, because in their words and frankly a lot of Pokémon fans here 'Pokémon is a show aimed for kids' really, you're still going with that! But yeah, as I said if I were at the head of production at Pokémon I would do a 1 hour special like you said, instead of what we got, the 11 episode TV special that we got, is a disgrace to Ash, and they still are saying that if Ash returns, he still will be 10/11 years old, I mean what's the point of his return then and him winning the World Championship then?

We know there's a shiny rayquaza in ash's adventures specifically in the Hoopa movie so this could mean 2 things either the hoopa movie is non Canon in the main ash timeline and new horizons happened in the Hoppa movie timeline. Or it could be like mega rayquaza where rayquaza is powered with the giant mega stone so the pendent or what ever this old adventure did may be the source of this change so that means new horizons is happening during X and Y
