Honestly, i love how you can see Greninja progressing and then surpassing Gardevoir throughout the fight. The first shadowballs it couldn't avoid and was pushed back, then it's water shurikan started matching the firepower of the shadowballs in an even clash, and then towards the end Greninja casually kicked the shadowball aside as its Water Shurikan overpowered the shadowball.

I want to see a Ash vs Cynthia more. She's arguably the strongest champion if you take out Gimmicks like Mega evolution and Dynamax and even if you include them Garchompite does exist.

As much as a lot of people want to see that, Ash doesn't have any meaningful relationship with Cynthia that would add tension to such an important battle. Iris is easily a better option for Cynthia IMO, and if they want to make her lose at any point, they have Leon to do the job. Ash vs Cynthia would be cool, don't get me wrong, but there are better candidates for Ash to fight like Diantha who actually has a score to settle with Ash or Lance as the Kanto champion, the same region Ash is from. So I'd personally rather see those instead of Cynthia, to say nothing of the Alain in the room. Is Alain overrated also? Yes, yes he is. But they brought him back, and this late into the series! He NEEDS to battle with Ash because it's the only way for the writers to bring him back. Also, Ash vs Alain have WAY more history and rivalry than Cynthia. So... yeah, respect your opinions, but disagree.

I really miss this animation art style. I wish they had kept using it when they created the last 2 gens of Pokemon anime! I hope that they go back to using this drawing style to draw a Pokemon anime in the future, since the current anime design style sucks! I'd also like for the Pokemon Co. to resume and release some cool Pokemon movies that don't try to change Ash's past and resume the awesome adventures he'll have in the future! :(

@@zomorion9183 I just wish they'd put more detail into the characters and backgrounds. The special effects in the XY series were great, but 2019/Journeys are really lacking! Even the battles in the last 2 gens aren't as exciting as back then, since I don't get that electrifying breathless feeling I used to get when I was watching Ash and Greninja in it's battle bond form battling against tough opponents!

@@AuraKnight00 I mean, that's a TALL ask now, and nothing will ever give me that rush that Ash-Greninja going full on naruto mode did. But yeah, the 3d background with more detail would be nice for future generations, assuming of course the animations don't take a nose dive again. With a sharper and cleaner art style, and the animations from Gen 7 on top, Idc how good the series will be, you can be dang sure it'll look good. But sadly, that isn't Journeys and one of the reasons why I don't want it to be Ash's last series.

I think people is underestimating Alain. Some said that he lost against Siebold. But that was episode 1 of his Mega Evolution series, there's a big difference of power and experience between episode 1-4. In episode 4 Alain is already a powerhouse he proved it by mopping the floor with literally everyone I watched all the Mega Evolution Series of Alain. If he battled Siebold again I have no doubt Alain would mop the floor with him, so Alain being in the Master 8 is no surprise for me, I also believe that Alain's Charizard is the strongest pokemon between all the Champs Pokemon. To prove it even more, in episode 1 Alain's Charizard Battled Remo's Mega Garchomp and Charizard barely came out with the Victory.. In episode 4 they battled again and this time Remo and Garchomp were supposed to be even stronger than before because they trained non stop since the day they lost against Alain but this time it was even easier for Alain's Charizard to defeat Mega Garchomp without hesitation. So you can tell the difference of episode 1 from 4 Alain at that point is above any Four Elite Member. Without mentioning he defeated a Greninja that was beating Diantha's Gardevior when they fought.
