Daratumumab has been amazing for me. My Paraprotein level was 79%. I started a course of Daratumumab, Bortizemide, Thalidomide and Dexamethasone. Within weeks I suffered with severe peripheral neuropathy. My Bortizemide and Thalidomide were stopped. Daratumumab (with Dexamethasone) took my Paraprotein level to 0%. Thank you Daratumumab.
