Dear Mr. Yelak Biru and Mr. Kent Oliver, My name is Thyra Zeits. In 2020, severe pain in my hip led to a diagnosis of advanced, oligosecretory multiple myeloma. I began treatment with Revlimid, chemotherapy, and surgery, followed by a stem cell transplant. Unfortunately, the cancer has returned twice, spreading to my ribs and jaw. My latest treatment regimen was Tecvayli, however a lesion developed which was treated with radiation. My oncologist now recommends Pomalyst and Tecvayli (Teclistamab) as the best treatment option. He has also discussed Talvey (Talquetamab) if needed, despite its challenging side effects. If possible, I would be grateful for your guidance. Do you know of patients who have done well on these treatments, or are there other options I might consider? I am determined to keep going for my family and to help others go who face similar battles. With respect and gratitude, Thyra Zeits
