In the amazing Game of *V Rising,* we can have/summon a *Siege* *Golem.* I don't play PvP in V Rising, so i never used it. But it is an incredibly amazing Mechanic. I hope so hard, that Summoners *CAN* Summon/use a huge, powerful Siege-Summon they can use against their Enemies, when there are like Eight to Ten Summoners present or more. This would be the Dream of MMO's come true. Like *"One"* Summoner controls the huge Summon and it's Main Attack. And other Summoners control something like tiny Parts of it, which may can shoot Spells, Casts Shields, Area of Effect Spells, etc. Kinda a tiny bit like the *"Colossus Tank"* from Planetside Two !! 😁😎

I always play Rangers/Archers as my main in games, so I am gonna play that one as well. Mages are generally my second main, so I will definitely try that one out as well, but Ranger first!

Yes. All 8 classes (Archetypes) then have a secondary class that provides a significant gameplay change to the class, called an augment. The general speculation is that the 8 classes will have dominance over a significant feature of the game so the augment will confer that to a number of abilities belonging to primary class eg: Cleric: Self healing to abilities (lifestealing, also preventing healing possibly) etc. Tank: Threat management (+ and/or -) Fighter: melee dps enhanced, maybe reduce armor abilities? Summoner: Pets and shapeshifting, these will enhance abilities, not bestow them, so if a fighter has an enrage ability; with the summoner augment, they may turn into a bear while doing it. Bard: resource bar management (add and/or drain), momentum (rage), mana, energy, etc. Ranger: ranged combat, tracking and traps Rogue: poisons, bleeds, stealth. Mage: elemental damage and effects (such as freeze), teleporting There may also be augments provided by weapons, religion, race, node type and level, and so on. However the main class will not convey any base class functionality so cleric/cleric or tank/tank is viable for example. Augments may also allow the archetype, the ability to use the augment class armor type. Any specifics are entirely speculation, from what has been hinted, and/or shown.

Whats your opinion about the fact that we havent seen the rogue yet? And what you expect from your experience/knowledge about the class? Should we wait a dope class that will blow our minds? Do they put all their talent on it? Why it takes so long even if he is a "mainstream" class?

might just be because they want to do it right cos it would be easy to make the rogue either really op for pvp or really under powered given the type of playstyle, or maybe just so they can use it to build more hype around alpha 2 / beta 1 🤷

@@HalIOfFamer Rogue will be the first major update of A2 they said (i hope we see him in the end of 2024). I think its also a marketing trick kind of thing, with his introduction they will create more hype and more people will search about the game, it conserns me A LOT that we havent seen him after so many years too. Probably they want the game to be in an even better state before they throw him in the arena. And honestly i expect to see the best, most complicated class out of 8. Probably they try to make him relevant and appreciable than in other games. But since it takes so long i expect nothing less than a DOPE class. Honestly if i dont see invisibily, bleeding and poisoning attacks i will be totally disappointed.

Personally, i like tanking in mmos, but the tank class has looked a little boring so far. Hopefully, the archtypes help with that.

Honestly I was hoping for some new classes. Bard is nice but it seems that MMOs always push the repetition button. The only one I felt had unique classes was Lost Ark.

From what I can tell, I don't see anything that is similar to a battle mage archetype, sort of like an Enhance Shaman in WoW.

Throne and liberty looks good. Ashes of creation will be great too when it comes out. Remember graphics isn't everything. Ashes looks amazing too when you zoom in.

I think Ashes of Creation deserves a free camera so the player can choose how to view the game. This fixed camera in the center is terribly tiring and boring.
