She firstly accused the professor of being in a lesbian relationship with one of her female students and that being the motive for the crime, she then accused the roommate of being gay and that being why he made his friend "disappear".... I'm noticing a theme here.

I really think “psychics” who try to make real verdicts are cruel. There was a case where a girl was kidnapped and held for like 15 years, and while she was being held hostage a psychic went on national TV with her mother and assured her that her daughter was dead. The mother died shortly after, believing her daughter was dead. It’s one thing to offer insight and advice. It’s another to take advantage of vulnerable people with the illusion of certainty.

Some psychics don't even do their psychic voodoo shit, they're just really good at drawing inferences and making logical assumptions. Some psychics will be completely correct about something solely because they paid attention to everything, connected all the dots, and made an educated guess through a very scientific process that, while more accurate than spirit nonsense, can still be wrong.

@@sarg0013 she's being sued by Rebecca Scofield (the professor she claims is responsible for for murders), and in retaliation, she was attempting to countersue, claiming that because of Rebecca's suing her..she was defamed (which 🤦 - I imagine that's why she has to represent herself as no lawyer would touch her). She was late filing her response to the original suit, though. So, technically, speaking there has already been a default judgment against her in the original suit. However, there's speculations about whether the judge will accept her late filing _because_ she represing herself (pro se parties sometimes get a little more leaway). Her countersuit filing, mentioned a bunch of KZbinrs as being part of spreading the defamation', to use it as "proof" that the professor damaged her "reputation" when she sued her, because all these channels started calling her nutty. So she's not suing the youtubers...yet, but if she can figure out how you bet she'll try. But she is trying to countersue her own victim for having the audacity to call her out on her bullshit & clear her own name. It's possibly the craziest lawsuit I've heard of, and there have been some doozies out there. It's bad enough that she has no clue how the law works while trying to represent herself, but she seems to _think_ she does. It also seems she thinks she's entitled to be treated as a some kind of law enforcement agent (hence the "qualified immunity" ), because she (laughably) claims to help police solve murders. Frankly, Idk how she hasn't been arrested yet for interfering in an investigation, because police did have to devote resources into investigating her tips, and harassment. I can't help but wonder how many others she's done this too but the cases haven't been high profile enough The shit she makes up is just wild. She should give up the current tarot scam and start writing scripts/crime fiction or something because her imagination is disturbing but extensive.

This is actually crazy. I’m from the university of Idaho about 2 minutes away from where the murders happened. My teacher was the one that was framed. It was super crazy, people really be out here just saying stuff that can change people’s lives forever and just get away with it. My teacher has been though a ton and for legitimately nothing they did. Those 4 students were murdered in cold blood while they were in their home, this is not something to joke about or start blaming people if you have no actual proof at all. Our small school has really been affected by this and we don’t need more insane people bringing attention to this awful case. Many students did not feel comfortable coming back to school after this. Even after they found and charged the suspect (that they didn’t do till months later). People think you can just do or say anything online and get away with it, they need to wake up. You are not the main character, you are just another person ruining another innocent person’s life.

Am a tarot card reader, have been a tarot card reader for 30 years, can confirm that in all that time, I've poinpointed when someone had an awkward crush on me, got warning of a pending disaster that hit a schoolmate the next way, and was able to work with them to give readings so specific (without cold reading bs or asking questions of the querent), and even with a record of extreme accuracy, in all those readings, not once was there a spread or reading I've done that said "Oh, this rando on the internet is a murderer."... Almost like it's not the intended purpose of tarot cards, like maybe, just MAYBE, they should primarily be used as a device to help someone understand their subconscious and confirm certain things that don't deal with fraggin murder, since, ya know, there's organizations who do that. Like, if I was the defending lawyer in a hearing where my client was getting accused for murder, and the prosecution's "evidence" was "tarot card reading", I'd just go ahead and breathe easy and tell my client they're good to go. Why? "Your honor, I move for dismissal of this case and all charges." "Okay, and what's your reasoning?" "Do I really need to waste your honor's time by saying that 'the tarot cards said so' is not sufficient evidence to allege someone is a murderer?" "Oh, yeah, nope, case dismissed."

The thing with reading tarot is that it’s all interpretation. Its vague and broad strokes and the cards you pull are to lead you to an answer/outcome of your reason for pulling the cards. There ain’t no spread that will give you specific wattpad conspiracy answers complete with specific names and details. It’s like she’s trying to be a modern day “Medium” or “Ghost Whisperer” (like the shows). If she is actually properly interpreting the spread with proper card instructions, then she is going into it with a set bias and interpreting them specifically to fit her narrative. Truthfully, I’ve used various forms of divination to help me write short stories because I have a hard time making decisions and the divination can point me in a direction with less brain energy. It’s like she’s doing that, but sickeningly with real victims and real situations. If she actually cared and thought she was helping she wouldn’t need to do all these videos “BEFORE” assisting the police. And THEN the physical evidence would have to match her assumptions or else you are immediately labeled a hack. If she was really accurate with her “readings” then why isn’t more action being taken celebrating her, police would be lining up for her opinions they love solving cold cases (it looks good on their records)… but they’re not. In fact they’re going in the opposite directions, you know… the way the evidence is pointing?

Judge: ok... we'll begin with the defendant. Ashley: i draw, with my first move I'll activate the tarot card the tower, the tower gives me insight of a murder. I then activate the tarot bird, the bird indicates I'm innocent, i then place two tarot cards face down and end my turn, your turn kaiba

What makes me extra sad (save from, you know, falsely accusing people of murder), is the fact that actions like hers make us pagans who use divination look bad : ( We're barely gotten out of the "crazy witch" era, and look where we're looping back.

What’s great is that defamation lawsuits require that both parties be examined, especially when it has to do with unethical / illegal activity. I guarantee you that you’re going to be perfectly fine with this because she’ll either realize this mistake and drop it or she’ll go all the way and prove the defamation lawsuit against herself to be true.

For those of you not in the USA, defamation is EXTREMELY hard to prove here, even if you have a lawyer and evidence. Not to mention, she had no case. This is just halarious.

Why is it always beans? Why not lentils? We need some more variety out here! There's an entire cacophony, a cornucopia of vegetables available! Let's mix it up a little bit with some legume representation.

Here's another thing. If the cops believed her statements were at all useful, they would tell her not to post about them, and she would know not to post! If the cops know a motive or method, they can weed out false confessions (because people do that) and put pressure on the suspects that they know some of the things they have kept secret!
