No she's not. You can hear her taking breaths in between verses and some of her words fluctuate in volume. Only morons would not be able to tell the difference between live singing with a backing track and lip syncing

I'm the drummer. She was not lip-syncing here. On the SNL performance, she was very sick, and was using a guide vocal track to sing along to. Not actually "lip-syncing".

@@cutaway79 I still would like the entire story, Was she pressured from the label or management to perform on SNL when sick? (I am fairly sure, like everyone in the entertainment business, she was). SNL wouldn't reschedule? or Ashlee was worried she'd never have another chance to be on there? and was it some sort of revenge on her , when they screwed up the playback tape?

Maybe she does but the vocals are her live vocals and maybe prerecorded. So is fair. But i think is live.i clearly hear her breathing in the end of the song. She just got better in those years with her breath Support.
