Ashley is too good for the world... I really like how she went from a seemingly random side character to an almost central focus on the Vaught storyline. She is both a perfect represantation of a normal person in her situation and the effects of being in such a situation... She said it perfectly herself, "This place makes it easy to become a monster." The fact she recognizes this in herself AND in others is telling, her regret and guilt reflects even more of her humanity. Atleast to me, it looks like Ashley is starting to step up even further beyond her job description with her trying to protect others while potentially putting herself in the line of fire...
