i think no 2 would be a nice choice since pasok lahat ng qualities of a condo/ apartment you like plus it's really spacey and beautiful!! but no. 3 would be less pricey but it give off the same energy as number 2! anw whatever your decision is I'm so excited to be part of another new journey of your life! thank you for being an inspiration always to us! i love u so muchie ashyyy

The condo number 4 is nice, especially it has 3bedroom and super high ceiling but its too expensive 😅 if only one person who stays. I'll choose the condo no.2, it's perfect for you, as you said you can make the other room as a walk in closet, and its just beside to the MB and BR 😊😊

The second option was really great actually and you were right with that one na loft but with a great view, it could demand so much rin in maintenance. Considering na condo 2 alr had a great view, you could just take a look at the cons more so it could help you decide better. Btw, congrats on moving in!

Well that's the problem here in the Philippines, most of them thinks that living in a condo makes you look rich and elite 😅 but in reality it doesn't make sense spending that much of a money. That's why the country never progress because of that thinking 😂

Hey, I’m not sure how much I can help but I moved out of home when I was 15, if you had any specific concerns? If you have time to prepare before moving I would suggest 1. starting a glory box, which is basically collecting household things when you see something you like and will probably need like cutlery/cooking utensils, towels, bedsheets, first aid kit, etc. It’s not necessary but it helps to take away some stress of not having to buy literally everything when you move in to your next place 2. If you are going to live on your own try to have a list of some sort for meals and food in general. (I would recommend buying food staples if possible) Even simple things like toast and spreads. And frozen foods/meals are so so so handy as a back up for whatever reason. I found it difficult to think of food to make when I got hungry and sometimes I didn’t have the ingredients to make the things I could think of which was a pain 3. Keeping a track of finances can definitely be helpful. Food, rent, fuel, subscriptions, etc. It just helps put things into perspective sometimes 4. Another one for if you’re living alone or mostly independent - getting sick! You might be the only one there who can take care of yourself and it kinda sucks so just have things around that will help you feel better like hot packs, hot drinks, medication (like Panadol). And try your best to eat a sustaining meal and keep hydrated Hopefully this was somewhat helpful but either way, good luck!

Upgrade to No. 2 for value for money and it’s easier to maintain for someone living alone 😊💕 Plus more people would be relate to you as you decorate the unit. No. 4 has a great view but it’s not practical anymore more especially that you’re just renting. You can use the savings for more content creation or for when you upgrade your apartment again 😊

I mean if I were to choose among all of them no doubt that I’ll choose that one because of its wonderful view. The lighting is also 10000000x better that the others. i recently bought a condo, what u say is on point. supermarket number one for me, 2nd a block away from transpo with a safe environment, so even if i go home early in morning, no need for worries. must be middle class or above type of condo and with very good lightning, i like white color it make the unit spacious and clean. my unit have window on br, living room, kitchen and bathroom, i dont feel suffocated

hi ash! i'm 2 weeks late but i gotta say that i fell inlove with the 3rd and 4th condo- okay maybe the 2nd one too but compared to the 3rd and 4th condo/apartment, i crossed it out of my list (wow). the 3rd condo look so big for a studio just like what u said and also the price, it's better than the others. the view and ligning too! same goes for the 3rd condo/apartment, it looks so spacious and has good lighting too. both looks so promising and comfy! i'm so excited for your coming *ehem* moving out vlogs and also for other condo related vids, praying that you can choose the best out of the best (because that's what best girls deserves!) i love you, my girl ❤

Condo #2 is the best option.. open space with hood lighting. Also its a brand new unit means in mint condition👍🏼 master bedroom window is so beautiful to decorate.. #3 VIEW is the sellpoint😍 even if its a studio unit but it is huge… im thinking of the Sorry Girls or Lone Fox renos❤️❤️❤️
