The Good To Great book is a great read when it comes to putting your team together to do what Ash’s suggesting. 💯

I love the synthesis of the 3 Rings Framework and how it neatly overlaps with the traction roadmap (divided into their individual playbooks). It is simple and effective. I like how the initial Founder Ring first emphasizes on (co-)founder(s) expectations irrespective of the idea [Founder/Goal Fit] and then implements and challenges these expectations within a business model framework such as a Lean Canvas and stress-tests against the pre-defined minium success criteria. Awesome and insightful as always Ash!

Love it, amazing insight. I will have to go back and go through everything with all this in mind. Or join the challenge to challenge myself ;)

Your 10 minutes video answered to all my thesis points. Thank you! I am writing this report based on Lean Canvas. Really exited about it! Can you recommend a good working product development principles framework for startups at the very earliest stage?

Great video, as always! Are you planning a video explaining the different types of mvp and how to find the good one for your idea? I think this is the part where we’re easily lost, how to minimize resources and maximize value.

Great content. But I wonder what works better: going to market quickly, failing, and pivoting, or taking more time to study as you suggest. Statistically, many products fail for various reasons, but even more statistically, most products fail because they never make it past the idea stage, as analyzing an idea also takes time-a time during which many people lose focus or often reach the wrong conclusions.
@AshMaurya15 күн бұрын
Going to market quickly, failing, and pivoting easily consume months. The stress tests I advocate here on the other hand, take 2 weeks to complete and eliminate many faulty models in the process. I'd always recommend spending 2 weeks to avoid 2 months of running down a corridor that leads to a dead-end.

Great video as always! Re: market/channel fit, would the book "Traction" be the best resource/framework for shortlisting + testing different channels?
@AshMauryaАй бұрын
@@scotttaylor2860 Yes - that’s a great catalog of channels. I’m putting something together to help further filter by business model type and pricing and metrics.
