@@varalakshmimaganti7009 just bring some water to boil when the water starts bubbling up u can put the cup in the vessel and leave it for 5 min not more than that then remove the cup and wash it with mild soap or with cup wash and place it in the pouch and it's ready for next use :)

Thanks Ashmita for making a video on the menstrual cups. I am using the same Rustic Art menstrual Cup (large) from more than an year (I have done lot of research before choosing this brand). Initially it was little difficult to insert and sometime leakage issues if not inserted properly. However, over the period I became a pro and could feel when the cup is inserted properly and when not. Trust me guys, this is a total worth and I feel the best investment that anyone can do. I usually do not write any comments, but this is a need of an hr and more awareness is needed. Pls start using it. You will never regret and never go back to your pads. Period days will be happy days. ☺😍

Hi I'm using this cup since last month its really very nice for married womens, and very easy to use post delivery womes. And we can't use this in long travels because for every 5 to 8 hours we have to clean the cup and it should be in nice and clean western bathroom. In that case I prefer pads.

The cup is far better than a sanitry pad. I think using pad is only the messy and very uncomfortable thing to use in all the ways like using n disposal bcs I've experienced this difference by using tampons and now am writing to switch to cup. I didn't know that rusticart is producing cups otherwise I would have borough rusticart, unknowingly I brought another brand.

Used for 2 cycles Pros:1..no wetty feeling and hence no irritation and no skin rashes.... Great relief from skin itching... 2.u don't feel a bit that you are in periods unless if get menstrual cramps... Wonderful as it cause zero inconvenience. 3.can sleep comfortably as u like and move as u like.. As there is No leakage. Cons: 1.will be tough when using for first time... Definetely takes time while inserting... Have to be in. Relaxed position otherwise inserting is bit difficult... 2.cup holds so firmly that it takes time to remove it..like 2 to 3 mins...
