Can cauda equina syndrome and conus medullaris syndrome included in ASIA grading?

Cauda equina syndrome Would produce slightly different symptoms upon presentation. During a routine SCI, saddle anaesthesia and/or lack of bladder/bowel control wouldn't be stand-alone symptoms. There are many other ways to distinguish between conditions, including x-ray or MRI (which are much better equipped to determine the diagnosis) but in your initial Ax these should give some indication if not associated with other symptoms of SCI
