Honestly you cant go wrong with any song by Whitley that ive found. I love seeing the reactions though, watching someone hear the songs for the first time and enjoy them is really entertaining

But he never released it as a single, so if you want to go by who originally recorded it, you'd have to go back to 1980 and Dean Dillon. Or the original recording of I Never Go Around Mirrors in 1973 and Lefty Frizzell. It's my fault for not saying George Strait is the artist known for recording it.

I think Keith's wife, Lorrie Morgan always feels guilty about Keith's death. In an interview l saw, she said she wished she was home because she could of stopped him from drinking so much. Her career was taking off & she was out of town doing some concerts. Keith & Lorries voices sounded so good together.
