Unless you go to a chain from Taiwan that sells their boba, tbh the taste is super different. There is definitely Americanized/foreign boba and original/Taiwanese styles. I grew up between Taiwan and America and have also seen the evolution of the drink since I was a kid in the 90s in California. This is just my opinion, but I think I’m right lol

I honestly really like this lady. She's passionate and she understands her role. I mean phrasing it like that sounds a bit derogatory, but I hold so much respectful for her in how she accepted the fact that she could only have gone this far thanks to the company's backing. She shows so much respect for her boss that you know she loves the company and in return I respect her because of her passion and dedication.

I remember the days of when I was younger that whenever it was the holidays, me and my family used to always go to Chinese restaurants in China Town in London and order a meal and bubble tea from time to time. It was actually served in a cocktail glass as well, I managed to finish it most of the time and there were other times when I couldn't. I miss those times, but now there's a whole load of bubble tea places around London so I'm thankful I can drink to my heart desires. As an og bubble tea drinker, I loved how you interviewed the original inventor of this amazing beverage. It was a very genuine interview. Thank you to the Taiwanese for the amazing creation! Also, shout out to the bubble tea addicts out there!!

She invented Boba tea only because she used to love things seperately. I love how her nostalgia of significant food memories, the warm feelings gave birth to an iconic drink. Not a lot of time you hear the invention of some food is just a warm nostalgia factor for the inventor. Majority of times, it is all about business.

i feel like just watching her makes me learn all the best things about old school loyalty to work. we don't see that anymore esp now since most companies dont take care of their employees and inspire this much passion and dedication. also its lowkey criminal we don't have respective chun shui tang branches in every country thats taken over by bbt. it would be great to experience the original bbt from taiwan
