Blinking D [ P0843 07 Honda Crv ]

My friend thanks for the video. I have a 2011 Honda CRV 4WD SE and it has same issues when I put it on d and then reverse or neutron the D is blinking and the shift doesn’t change when I go over 60. What’s the main cause? It drive good on reverse and it can go over 60 but the gear don’t shift.

u need to hook up a good scanner it might be a transmission issue

My CRV engine light on, Auto Zone scans code PO843 A is the 2nd transmission pressure switch problem ? like you show on the video. Thank you!

Easy fix, Honda mounts their pressure switches and solenoids external. If you can change your own oil you can replace both pressure switches.

So my 07 Crv has this flashing D. And engine light on... But zero. I mean ZERO tranni problems. No jerking changing gears, no hesitating or skipping. Without the light is running like a dream. Is this most likely a sensor?

Could be your VVT Solenoid needs replacing & change your oil the same time if not could be transmission issues. I had the same problem where my CRV would jerk when I’m driving at 40mph & it would jerk or it did not want to accelerate well.

I noticed that issue when I purchased my honda crv exl 2014 last 2021 days after,shudder or shaking between 33miles to 39mile,I flush my old transmission fluid,then I put Valvoline highmileage trans fluid,I disconnect First the battery to relearn the ecu then after all the proces,I observed many days,still there is small shudder,I do it again the same way,that time my CRV has only 72k miles,now already 107k,Thanks to God until now no shudder or shaking….pinoy nj

⁠​⁠@@alexs9590you’re right, I change the VVT solenoid no more jerking motion between 20-30 and 30-40 speeds, and running ok. No my crv has knock sensor and transmission pressure switch A problem = 2nd pressure switch!..
