I didn’t run in the 4, but my first impression from the 5 was very good. I am sick, so only got a couple of miles on the tread, but the trampoline effect of this shoe made it really fun to run in. I really really liked it. Also had the feeling the shoe wanted me to go faster than I wanted (didn’t want to get my HR high). Went with my normal ASICS size and it fits my narrow feet very good.

Would love to hear your opinion after you have run more miles in the show. I found it lighter, faster, softer in the midfoot and more connected then the nova 4. It’s more breathable than the 4 imo.

Hard to compare the 2 as the zoom fly is plated but I would prefer the zoom fly 6!
