They taught me never to hold babies legs up by anckles with one hand like that. You should grab the opposite thigh and lift it, lifting the leg on the same side as the arm

My baby is already five months old but I don’t understand why his diapers always leak when they are newly put on and the right size. Thought I was doing something wrong so I came here. I am not.. this is the same way I was taught by the nurse. I guess pampers just suck

Tbh no one knows how to properly change a diaper these days. When you put a diaper on properly (i use pampers swaddlers) there will never be blow outs or leaks unless baby is in between sizes or needs a different size.
