The loud noise = loss of mobility issue is a migraine response, at least for me. Always surprises me how shocked people are to learn that a loud noise can cause people to collapse and lose limb function for an extended period of time! Aside from the obvious (see a god damn doctor), Noel's advice of noise cancelling headphones is actually legit - I've always got those or ear defenders to hand and they've helped me be more independent as a daily migraine sufferer.

To the guy asking if he should see a neurologist, yes, but just beware neurologists love to tell you you’re faking it or making it happen on purpose. If it’s a psychological issue, usually only psychiatrists treat it as a real disorder and not something that you’re creating. I love doctors 😀

With regards to subcut haematomas, go to the doctor and they can suck out the haematoma - if you leave it for weeks then you just have to leave it. I got one just above my knee once, waited a few weeks and then went and they sia,d "if you'd come a couple weeks ago, we could've gotten rid of it but now we just have to let the body reabsorb it"
