Omg! I had heart palpitations in my last episode with anxiety many years ago but not until like a year after I had recovered. It was weird too because I didn’t think it was anxiety related so I went to my heart dr and did all kinds of tests and all was fine.

Hey just found you while browsing about anxiety. I am in the middle of it have you had anyone with dizziness caused by anxiety. This is what I am going through. However I like the travel side by cos I travelled to Italy with it and I survived. Thank you.

I also went to Europe towards the end of my recovery and while it was a challenge it was great to not let the symptoms control me!
