So happy that I found you! I’ve lived with anxiety for 30 years off and on. Worked my way out of it multiple times over my life. Lived the last 18 years with an alcoholic husband who fell to his death 6 months ago. In the last month the old anxiety and dizziness has set in again and I’ve actually been alone in my house for a week. So exhausted and dizzy and can’t even get to the shower. After reading your guide book, I’m taking that shower today and leaving my house! My daughter is coming home for Thanksgiving and I’ve got to get it together before she gets here and it scares her to see me like this. Such a hard place to be in right now! 😢

This is going to be the waterworks for me. I had to pause at only 1:32 after you mentioned the date because I had my first son on Dec 8, 2023 via urgent c-section from severe pre-eclampsia. My baby was in the NICU for 20 days. Even before then, I had been struggling with anxiety, fear of going out without my husband, depression, blurry vision, foggy thoughts, and more. I will commenting more underneath as I watch. I hope you don't mind. I'd love to talk to you.

I'm sitting here in tears. Once you mentioned the fear of leaving the house, I broke down. I'm going to watch your other video. I got here because my eye doctor is suggesting prism lenses for me, since my new glasses are fish bowling. This was my first video of yours.

I can appreciate a lot of your perspective on the recovery and healing process, especially as a believer. As a praise and worship leader, I have been prayed over many times and I have stood in my own spiritual authority as well. When you said that you were at your point of begging God to take it away from you, I have been there so many times. It is such a hopeless feeling. Many women in my family have struggled with their mental health, a lot of our issues are genetic. We all have sensitized nervous systems. A spot where I disagree a bit. I do not personally believe we can all get through it without medication. My journey with healing is ongoing, but I personally believe that God helped me find the right people so I could get prescribed the right meds to start sorting out my brain. Will I ever be off meds completely, maybe not, but my peace and my healing is in my creator. Thank you for making your content. Your symptoms, your story, it’s so relatable. Peace and blessings ✨

2 Corinthians 1:4-5 He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ.

Thank you, that was helpful. I experience an akathisia type of anxiety, which is extreme restlessness, where it’s hard to sit still. Would you say what you have experienced was like that? I’m desperate for help with this and want to find people that have recovered. Xx

Thanks for another amazing video Em! Would you update us on your health stuff you shared before? Especially on Lupus, Mold, Lyme, Long C0vid and the lump you had in your adrenal gland. How did those affect you specifically? I really wanna hear more from people with actual health conditions talk about separating the symptoms of those conditions from symptoms of anxiety. I know you talked about those in the past but I'd love to hear and updated version it that! God bless you ❤

I went to a regular optomitrist and was given a prism prescription. I have always struggled with adjusting to a new vision prescription, butvnot this time. I can see clearly, I don't have to cover one eye or squint. I can read, look at tv, change lanes without that double vision that I had just accepted. I am so thankful that Ivwrnt to Dr. Foster.

This has been a game changer!! I didn't realize how much I was making things worse when I thought I was "helping". Feeling anxious? Ohp, off I go to the treadmill, cold shower, sit outside! The past few nights while watching TV and got anxious, I was going to spring into action, but instead sat with it and accepted it. Did nothing. My symptoms passed and I feel so confident!

How long did the insomnia last?😢 I have five babies, and it’s made life a nightmare, trying to be able to care for them. I started experiencing anxiety after covid in june and my symptoms just started spiraling and i was able to hold up until insomnia hit me one night after a panic attack at work that morning. I thought I was going insane it made my anxiety sky rocket and have been in the insomnia loop ever since which was 7 weeks ago. It pushed me to quitting my job and now will not even leave my house.

@laurenpyper754529 күн бұрын
Thank you for this ❤️ ive struggled with agoraphobia and panic for 10 years but have been able to function and "hide it". After weaning my fourth baby, i ended up in the ER for the first time with crazy symptoms and of course..just anxiety. They put me on Zoloft which lasted 3 days due to awful side effects and I said no way lol. Just made it worse. Now i suddenly can't leave the house and have to start from square one. Your videos are really helping me not to feel defeated and alone, thank you. Even through this, God is good ❤

I really needed this today!! 😊 Thank you for the reminder that we will heal when it's God's timing 🙏. I was in the anxiety cycle a little over 5 years ago and I got better, but I didn't quiet understand the mechanics of anxitey recovery and fell back in 4 months ago after not paying attention to stressors and not paying attention to my body warning me. Now that I have your guide and a better understanding of this I know I will heal!!

Feels like rocky boat!!! I have no balance. How did this happen? I could do everything before this and in a short time it just happened how did this happen? It can’t be explained what caused it. The only trauma I had was I fell hard but so what I lived through it I worked through it and then four months later I started to get lightheaded and dizzy gets worse and worse and now I can’t even walk what is going on????
