Man just seeing your great face makes me wanna go try a new food with different cultures, I'm two hours north of Los Angeles so it's not too hard to find, not like your journeys though. You and Bourdain gave me great respect and love for other cultures and their cooking.

Here's my hot dog grilling tips: Get grill cooking-ready hot. Put hot dogs on. Turn them when they start to cook. Turn them again when they cook some more. Turn them again... and maybe again. When they look done, take them off. Don't use your hands to do that. They will be too hot. Use tongs, or a knife, if you're good at spear fishing. That's it. One more tip: don't invite any of those hot dog eating contest folks over for a party. They'll eat too many hot dogs and you'll go broke.

could not agree more about a hotdog eating contest - just vile - also why some years ago the cooking shows that glorified excess and threw things away because it wasn't their version of perfect - especially the Gordon Ramsey shows. It was the casual way they discarded so much edible food into the garbage that disgusted me. :) enjoying your channel.
