Thank you, thank you for this informaiton. I've recently been daignosed with SAD, Cealiac, Hoshimotos, Cystits, Asthma and for the past two years have been home bound due to chronic fatigue. I had no idea what was going on, just that I had a limited reserve of energy, and daily tasks have been a challenge. The guilt of not being able to be productive in our society has taken it's toll. This vide and info helps so much.
