9:15 For patching the big holes I usually use the pain stirrer wooden sticks (from home depot) attach from back with som glue (so the stick is coming from back and sticking to backside paper) may be add small screw from front. Once the glue to dry, use the patching drywall piece attach it to the wood with another screw. This gives a way to push the joint compound into the gap between the wall and patch. 9:20 way will have gaps from the back and If some pressure is applied on the new patch it will just go inside.

A push stick on the table saw would set a good example for do it yourself homeowners.

Another great idea is to buy them at Home Depot at the end of the season before winter. They’re usually discounted pretty good. Just make sure you plant them in time before winter hits and give them some time to establish their roots.

Hey guys, that mesh tape is also really useful for covering the drain hole for potted plants to keep drainage rocks or soil from leaking out. If you use the plastic type it won't rot out and it usually does not clog up (but a gentle squirt with ye ol garden hose works to get the gunk out)...

Mark put too much water in his first mix for the brick didn't he. Remember you can't take the water out. He's told us that a million times. Lol

Get some rocks and paint some flowers on them.

@@Mike_Greentea , hahaha my neighbor painted a jungle scene on her side of the block wall. But it's a little much for me. I like simple, so right now I just have rocks, but I want more than minimalist. (I know! Minimalist is the rage, but a few plants besides cactus🌵 would be nice. 💖🌵🌞😷

The liriope and pachysandra are considered invasive in many areas. If you have ever had it in your yard and tried to remove it, it will grow back from even a small root.

Don’t put your fingers near the blade use a guide for goodness sake. Safety first! Glasses and all protection is never enough!

Yikes on table saw safety. No push stick and fingers within an inch of the blade! Someone call Norm Abraham for a few words on shop safety.
