Sadly that camper is well over the truck's GVWR so we don't recommend pairing that with a PW regardless of the suspension. We'd recommend either a truck with a higher GVWR to safely carry that camper, or a lighter camper.

Ford doesn't allow the Tremor package on anything but a short bed. As for suspension, the Tremor package suspension is identical to what would be offered on a 17-18 Fx4 F-350. If i buy the king pin top for my 21 power wagon, what is my towing reduction? If any? Gain? Also, i hear a king pintop w air bags is in the works?
@CJCOffRoad4 жыл бұрын
Actually on a Power Wagon you’ll have payload increase from 1,400 to 2,000 pounds with the Carli system! There will never be a Pintop with bags, but Carli is designing a system around the factory air ride trucks. Those trucks are not great off road though. The bags are prone to failure in that kind of use, and you take a huge hit on articulation, ride and travel over a coil sprung truck!

Our recommendation for a truck that tows heavily and frequently is a Carli or Thuren level system, with either 35s or 37s. The issue is if you go too big you also hurt the economy since you’re over revving. Factory is 4.10 so we’ll do 4.56 or so based on our math to get as close to factory as possible. If you’re ever curious, this gearing calculator is pretty helpful: tiresize.com/gear-ratio-calculator/
