I am wondering if it is possible to for Banks or government to increase tax rates proportionately for people availing loans. In this way the loan will be linked to percentage of profits/earnings instead of fixed interest which is Haram. And people availing loans, will have to additionally get their books audited by government or Banks.

In case otherwise, he enjoys a very high rank and respect among islmic scholars in general terms.
