How the a person could itself say that their marriage is invalid...?? As per the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 passed by the Parliament...if the married couple has legal marriage certificate as per the regulation and law of that abroad country with proper legal authorization... Then, the marriage is acceptable valid in Indian Court of Law also...
