One day I looked at myself in a picture and decided that enough was enough. I got up and decided to change myself. Now, three years later, I'm in my best shape yet. I can now do 30+ pull ups, and I recently beat my own record with 54 pushups in 30 seconds. So for all of y'all out there who are sittin down watchin this video and feelin discouraged, don't give up.
