Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $508k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

I'm working with a consultant named *'Nolan Velden Brent,'* whom I discovered through a CNBC interview where he was featured. After reaching out to him, he has been providing valuable entry and exit points for the securities I focus on. If you're interested in his supervision and expertise, you can look him up online using his name. Following his trade pattern has been a rewarding experience, and I have no regrets about doing so.

@NoahKagan the realtor featured in the door knocking b-roll at 4:59 is me. I appreciate the inclusion. I’m in South Florida. Cold calling, door knocking, open houses…. every income producing activity works, nothing doesn’t. Consistency is the key. Now days almost all of my business comes from KZbin. Congrats on your success. If I can ever be of service we are always here to help 🔥👊🏻

maybe because I'm a NYC native, I'll never understand why people go out their way to BUY MILLION dollar condos. NYC is cool, but it's not worth living in a penthouse for millions of dollar for location. You could get a megamansion with your own backyard, front yard and all the good stuff. And only deal with the hustle and bustle during work (especially these days where most people WFH).
