Asking NYC Strangers to Pick the Most Handsome BTS Member?!

We hit the streets of New York City to ask random strangers, many of whom had never heard of BTS or K-pop before, to pick who they thought was the most handsome or cutest BTS member from a set of photographs. Whether you’re a fan of Kim Nam-joon (RM, formerly Rap Monster), Kim Seokjin (Jin), Jung Ho-soek (J-Hope), Min Yoon-gi (Suga), Park Ji-min (Jimin), Kim Tae-hyung (V), or Jeon Jung-kook (Jungkook), let us know what you love about them in the comments below!
As I mentioned in the video, this is more intended as a fun examination of Korean and American beauty standards - we’re definitely not trying to say one is more handsome than the other, and of course they’re all super multitalented (whether in rapping, singing, or dancing) which a photograph can never convey! Jimin’s face isn’t symmetrical either and yet he’s the most beautiful human being I’ve ever seen in my opinion. V has also won the most handsome man in 2022, so like I said, ur face doesn’t have to be symmetrical or “perfect” to be seen as most beautiful. If you drew a line between each BTS members face and flipped the halves you’d see that their faces aren’t perfectly symmetrical yet they are all insanely attractive. It really is just down to preference at the end of the day. There are varying degrees of symmetry however and some peoples faces are more symmetrical than others. My point is who gives a crap about symmetry and perfection, The eyes can tell easily enough when someone is insanely attractive or not. Jin would still be just as handsome as he is even if he weren’t termed perfect. Y science. People always like to get their knickers in a twist over one comment out of thousands that don’t immediately agree with their viewpoint. SMH.
