If given by choice,I would rather go for cash flow rm200 each property....if have 3 or more,it can give extra help on loan approval by bank........given by confirmation at given rm200 into pocket,is more happy rather than taken out.....then give to bank

After watching this episode, I wonder how do you find under market value property? Or how do I know the property is sold under market value?

Market values are based on valuation made either by private companies or the bank. To me is to really do lots of visit on subsale properties. This audience greatly demonstrated that:)

Hi Jeff!! Welcome to the creator world haha. Im using rode go wireless mic here, but I would suggest to find one that can connect with phones. The one I'm using is for my camera. Not all camera can install external mic as well, just something to look out for:)

Erm, maybe let go when the lease left 70 years perhaps?? Hahaha. It's 29 years later leh....But if the property is cash flow positive, I might really consider to hold=)

Early settlement of the car loan under hire purchase is very good move, if this is a 5 years loan, you ain't gonna pay for the remaining two years of fixed interest if u settle it on 3rd year.

Well it depends on the type of loans format agreed with the bank. Some loans may even impose a penalty for early settlements.

@@iherng never seen any banks impose an early settlement penalty for hire purchase loans. For Home loans most do have it.
