First! Totally agree that CJ is a Very nice place for own stay. Rental demand is rather weak. But hey - just hold fr few more years and hope fr the best once MRT is ready

Cyber location to kl sentral, klcc is the best compared to semenyih, bangi, Dengkil, kota kemuning, setia Alam.. Yet it's not performing.. Meanwhile the residents in semenyih cheers for Starbucks, Cyber have 2 Starbucks since yrs ago..

"Buying the right place is only half the equation", this should be stuck onto the foreheads of all buyers intend to be property investors. Long gone the time when you can profit whatever you do after buying. Nowadays, if you don't pour in effort much more than others, what's the difference between you and another 100 buyers in the same project? (Comparing someone to 100 buyers is generous enough, considering lots of people nowadays buy high density projects to INVEST. Lmfao yes, looking at you d'series buyers and artx buyers!)
