I have an idea to become a solopreneur but I need you advice and help. Please I would want to talk to you
@basenvy9 ай бұрын
As an entrepreneur, the legitimate solopreneurs are not selling courses or How-to get-rich classes. They're all BS. They make money from selling you the course, nothing else. Don't be a statistic. Don't waste money on these clowns.
@shaikan0 Жыл бұрын
Respect to how much money they're making without having employees on a payroll. What I found interesting is that most of these solopreneurs are affiliate marketers and course sellers. A lot of these guys are like the self help gurus of the social media era. They use the same blueprint, they get rich by selling courses on how to get rich. Or create a business where you sell courses on how to create a business. Fair play to them, but there is something off about it. Im aware they work hard and its all legal, but the only reason why these guys can make such profits is because there are many people who do normal work that are buying on the dream that they too can do they same. Imagine if everyone became these kind of solopreneurs. Who would build the roads and infrastructure? Who would treat the sick? I know I'm generalizing and there is a lot caveats to what I'm saying but my intention is just to start a more deep conversation about this whole internet guru field.
@sman96490 Жыл бұрын
Absolutely! It takes 10x more work to make money online running "real businesses" like an ecom brand, or a Saas company than it takes to sell courses on how to sell courses to get rich. It all has to do with demand. The demand to get rich without doing much is a lot higher than demand for tabletop linens. Inevitably, it is easier to sell the "dream" to masses than to sell tabletop linens.

During the gold rush, it wasn't the gold miners that got rich, it was the people selling the shovels to the gold miners. In the same sense, it isn't the people who buy these courses and try to become affiliate marketers that get rich, it's the people who sell these courses that get rich.

One key thing to notice as with Justin is that once you achieve a certain level of success, you can make 100x your income by selling courses on how to be successful.
@Stefanovic92 Жыл бұрын
For sure. And the thing is, i’d rather spend $150 to learn from the Justin’s of the world, than $10k+ on some formal education where I learn to memorize outdated knowledge. ROI is also 1000x larger on the former
@art_by_njb Жыл бұрын
Good video. It confuses me why so many people think that the key is to hit all the external metrics first and figure out what you want later. In reality, it's the other way around. Establishing your non-negotiables upfront is the key to optimizing long-term performance. Salary and numbers aside, these solopreneurs seemed to have found their path by identifying what they need most and committing. Even when it confuses everyone else.
