Sir, how are you so sure that just by conducting CEC draws and converting TR into PR the housing crisis will be taken care of? As you said, that's just 265000. New international students are 900000 per year, they need to restrict that to decrease the pressure on the rental market and that's what they have done.

I did not say housing crisis will be taken care of only by CEC draws. But that there will be no further strain on housing because of new comers.

With another big category based draw, it seems Canada immigration is still going to hit quotas with low general category invites and high CRS score and high invites in category based draws.

It’s painful to see high CRS general stream 480+ suffers . There is 100K reverse migration as well. Pl lead a Twitter campaign to minister and IRCC to hold big draws for the in Canada candidate or TR to PR.

Express entry system is dead! Government has created the coffin to bury it. The last report is go back to India gain 6 month work experience under category based draws and then apply under CEC based on Canadian work experience

hello @AskKubeir I have a question my work permit extension was refused 3 months ago but I only got the letter in my gckey account after 3 month's so I have been working all along. am I going to be penalized for this situation because I never got the letter until I called ircc to ask about the wp Ext?

Because in canada, there are very few jobs. So canada want only those who can occupy here with good job and needed for their economy. From now onwards only tech, medical, skilled trade will be invite.

Canadian Immigration system is a qualitative judgement under a banner of quantitative scoring. Everything depends on immigration officer. If they don't like your face, you will be declared Ineligible. Even if you have 600....It's just a game of VO.

Yeah.. the same as in 2021 nobody predicted draw with 75 CRS and it happened 😄.. it can happen anytime if they make large draw. I love people who speak for IRCC future decisions

@@TomJasperOfficial I can bet $1K it won't happen=) I know for the majority of people it's easier to leave in a dream and do not accept bitter true. The score will be remained high for the General Labour category, that's just common sense. 75 CRS was COVID measure, don't even think about it

@@canadianbear6613 I never said CRS 75 draw will happen again. But IRCC no matter how big your common sense is, is unpredictable. They can do next general draw 3500 once they realized for some targeted category is not enough people they need or other 1000 examples. 🙂

The truth is people with pgwp expiring in mid 2024 and having scores under 520 are gone for all money, this is a killer blow to all of them and on top off that you need to break a bank to secure lmia,you're better off going back to india and starting a business with that money and for people with a score of slightly under 520 can take ielts again as a last ditch effort to score the unthinkable all 9's,use ielts as a punching bag to change your fortune,who knows your score could improve by a few points and could end up in the 520 range

Hi sir, I got married after AOR (Sept 30) raised webform to add spouse (Oct 18)..On Jan15 spouse's name started showing as dependant.. However I haven't been asked to submitt relationship questionaire, resubmitt IMM Form 008/5406 nor have been asked to pay biometric,medical, Rprf, visa fees for spouse.. Should i wait for ircc to demand these fees/IMM forms or is there another way to proceed like raising webform.

Keep raising webforms. That is the only way. I was stuck in a similar situation. IRCC is really late with their responses. Although I raised webforms as soon as I got married, they issued me a Visa without adding my wife. Had to raise more webforms to add my wife, they took my passport again and issued new visas for both of us. I know it's frustrating and anxiety inducing, but that's the only way to communicate. You can also try calling them if you have a Canadian number, but even there the response is really slow and depends on your luck.

Well if you talk with people, aspiring immigrants always say Canada is too cold and Australia and other countries are better and so on. Probably by becoming harder to enter Canada, people will stop taking PR in Canada for granted and have the same sentiment towards it like the other countries they talk about.
