Looks great man! I def wouldn’t get a second one especially if you had 6k grafts on the first one. I had two done but each transplant they took 3000 grafts. If you want to add density def go with smp. The combination is insane 💯. Also if you decide to do a second be mindful that some areas might be very over harvested which makes it look very obvious. Just my opinion but at the end of the day choose what’s best for you. We are all in this hair loss fight/ journey together.

My transplant came out great like yours but I have the same issue when it's cut low, you can slightly see the area where they took the hairs. It's not too noticeable at all to the normal person, but you can notice it if you're really looking for it. I'm thinking about getting a light SMP on the donor area to improve the look.

I wouldn’t second guess it at all, if you’re even thinking about it, do it. Usually people go two times. I’m two months in, and I’m already happy. Can’t imagine when 4 months comes. Plus, your donor is in great shape

🔥 i just hit my 1yr 3days ago. My crown a lil light. But overall we got hair now. I was going to get put to sleep but changed my mind when I got there. The shots wasn’t that bad save your $500 and tuff them shots out 💪🏾

Looks good. Personally i think you could have another H/T 1500-2k grafts put in the crown area then get smp on the donar area. But wait another year as the crown takes longer 👌

When you said u kept debating for years would you ever recommend it when you’re like Norwood 3? Only like 25/26 but I know it getting worse and worse… Also do u know which doctor/technician done yours. And do you wish you paid to sleep. Also why you regret no PRP and what’s the finasteride alternative u take/took?

If you get it done depending on how bad your balding understand your balding will continue so you might need another procedure years down the line… the good thing is when they transplant they implant hair a few centimeters behind the balding which helps.. I went to Asli I don’t know the specific techs that worked on my hair… The needles weren’t that bad for me that I would’ve rather been put to sleep so it’s up to your pain tolerance… PRP can help your graphs with adding the blood flow to your scalp I plan to still do this and make a video on it… I’m taking a fin alternative called saw palmetto it’s a natural alternative I’ll be making a video on my thoughts / results

@@andrer7192I haven’t had any procedure, but I do take both medications. I have a good head of hair, but my edges are starting to go, so my doc told me what to do. The issue is that idk of the fin is working. The Rogain worked for the first year. Grew like crazy. But now it doesn’t work. Derma rolling is something new I’m on. And coffee masks. Coffee makes your hair grow. But idk if you should start the meds if you have been good this far. No ED issues. But Rogain changed the texture of my hair and you can’t quit it. And it’s a hassle that you want to avoid

It looked pretty messed up for a while and i was worried but it turned out alright. It seems the donor will always get botched, some cases more than others, I am thinking about getting a head tatto in my donor area.

That’s the problem I’m dealing with now 3:24, i was rocking a small fro almost at my 1 year mark until my barber cut it down to a 1. Now it look like I’m back at month 4 it’s now starting to grow back in slowly. I have to go back because they only did 4200. I’m statsfied with my results 8.8/10

Bro just look at other videos on ascli tarcan on KZbin there are lots of people who have had serious issue, over harvested donor areas, terrible results, dodgy after service, I've found loads about them and it's basically all technicians and no doctors so it's pot luck with how your results will turn out. Also you say you have had 10,000 grafts in total? Bro you do know most scalps can only get around 8000 grafts maximum, did they do that on 1 day each time? If they did that's a massive red flag, they more than likely lied to you about the amounts. Even the guy in the video here you can see he's been over harvested on one side

It was safe when I went a year ago… They do have a reputation of over harvesting donor areas mine was a little over harvested honestly but I needed it to cover the bald spots in my hairline and crown
