It is not usually the best cut of meat, but it is good with a little improvisation. Also those are flat steaks, they are super cheap and not really great unless you want it for something like cut up strips.

Pro tip: when you’re finished cooking your steak add an inch of water to the pan and then throw it back on the heat while you’re eating. By the time you get done eating the water will have boiled off everything stuck to the bottom of the pan. Then you just wipe clean, no scrubbing needed.

Pro tip: If you have an extra 5-minutes, add a little water to the saucepan after cooking the stake, then scrape and stir it for a few minutes. It will thicken into a super tasty sauce for your stake/potatoes and leaves you with a pan that's 90% of the way to being clean.
