I think you just created a new trigger! With the plastic cup, catching tingles around the mic and then bringing the cup over the mic to infuse it with the tingles. Would love if you kept it as a staple trigger!!

🦇🦇🦇 Welcome to Spooky Season 2024! 🦇🦇🦇 Given that there are 10 triggers and I have my work cut out for me, I'm going to hop right to it. To the secret lab! 🌩🧑‍🔬🍹(This last emoji is the poison. The poison for Kuzco. The poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco. Kuzco's poison. That poison.) 1. Mason Jar of Water - I often grade on a curve to try to prevent water noises from consistently topping these lists, but this one was SO cool. It reminds me of that one mouth sound Max can do when he flicks his cheek that I cannot do for the life of me. And it ALSO reminds me of some good ol' fashioned Scooby Doo. When my siblings and I play Scooby Doo clue, we have a rule where you can teleport if you roll doubles, but only if you put a good-faith effort into recreating a Scooby Doo sound effect using only your mouth. So what I'm saying is I'm stealing this. 2. Plastic Container - The little 'collecting' and 'dumping' of sound at 9:31 was so fun and sounded so good, it easily bumped this up past a bunch of great triggers. I love especially the tapping right over the mic at 9:45. 3. Ice Globes ❄❄❄ - Unfortunately, I am predictable. 4. Tape - Cardboard tapping is awesome, and I'm not smart enough to know why but this particular trigger makes particularly good cardboard tapping. Also pairs nicely with mouth sounds 🍷 5. John Wick Poster - Some very cool moves with this guy. There's some good tapping. There's some of that like... warping?? sound around 22:53 that reminds me of the mason jar. I like that you get sounds from both the poster and the plastic wrap. 6. Kermit Gloves - A classique 🐸 Especially the sound at 17:13 reminds me of like monster sound design in stuff like Stranger Things or Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but like... in a relaxing way?? idk it was good. 7. "Orb of Smaller Orbs with Liquid in It" - My wizard's new arcane focus. This gives big like Doctor Who x Lilo & Stitch energy 👾👽👾 both in how it sounds and how it looks. I like how this sound evolves when it's squished, it moves nicely. Also there's a certain irony to being worried about a stress ball breaking while filming an ASMR video. 8. Slime - This one is so cool! I feel bad putting it so low 🥲 my favorite part of this was any time it was stretching. That like tinny, high frequency sound was so nice, I wish it was louder. But ik it's tough given that some of the handling noises are naturally louder than the stretching and you don't wanna blow out anyone's ear drums squishing slime. 9. Mic Brushing - It still sounds good!!! I just wanted to give triggers I haven't seen/seen in a while a chance!!! ???. Packing Peanut - I don't know how to rank this bc the first time I listened through the high frequencies were admittedly too harsh and bright for my ears, but then when I went back to do the ranking I loved them and felt really relaxed. I don't think I changed anything, not even the volume 🙃 sometimes art is subjective. Ah well. I'm SO excited for October!! I also have been waiting for it for like 3 months. I have so many movies and shows and stuff I wanna watch and so many like fun activities to do 🎃🦇🍬👽 I'm super excited for y'all's Halloween costumes, I love costumes! Also if the Sheep or anyone in the comments has recs for spooky/horror movies, I watch 10 of them every October that I haven't seen before and would love to know what people like! (the Mission Impossible movies are still on my list @Parker, but it will have to wait until November). Also I can tell you for free that one of the lists this month is gonna be my own list of spooky/horror recs, but I'm still compiling my list on Letterboxd with my siblings and this comment is already super long.
