The thing I always did when I feel most depressed is not try to force myself to feel better but try my best to feel comfortable. I always listen to Bedtime Affirmations by Springbok. I found her channel before I found yours YEARS ago and it’s helped me throughout the years. You are one of my favorite channels to have on after work as I’m doing relaxing activities like reading manhwa or playing dress up games lollll anyways thank you for the content 💕💕
