kinseology / muscle testing is amazing for asmr, it includes so many triggers; close personal attention, waving hands, 'medical' , lots of soft talking and soft touches throughout the whole thing.

This Kinesiology stuff might be nonsense to me, but it makes for amazing ASMR. This woman's voice and manner is so relaxing and she clearly takes really good care of everyone she has in. Just being relaxed and pampered and having some personal attention might be exactly why this kind of stuff "works" for so many people.

It's not just nonsense to you, it's just plain old nonsense. The consultation however, is extremely relaxing, and Anything that reduces stress is very helpful. The bottles, the pseudo-science, the word salad, the practitioners belief and her soft voice is the theatre and it works,..i would find it a very relaxing indeed. It's almost meditation.

Well, you don't have to "believe" it. Its easily tested to be true or false. Step 1: Abstain from eating any one particular vitamin for a week, to give yourself a deficiency in it. Step 2: Get blood tests by a real doctor so you know what's actually in your body. Step 3: Find at least 10 practitioners of kinesiology so that you have at least a small sample size, and then get tested by them. Step 4: Determine how many of them accurately diagnosed the vitamin deficiency, and how many were even remotely close to the blood test results.

Sorry - but reading some of the comments/replies are becoming increasingly frustrating. Regrettably I’m adding oxygen to this, but it’s now aggravating. Comments such as the disclaimer being in an lower size font and it’s colour, then subsequently comments about the efficacy of the the treatment itself add absolutely no value to the channel - other than to add your own two pennies and be hypercritical of something which is merely designed to just watch and enjoy. Grow up. You’ve likely searched “ASMR” and now you’re nit-picking the basics of a channel which is fundamentally designed to fulfil your search criterion. Ridiculous

I’m confused what the problem with kinesiology is? Maybe because I’m from the states but it’s an applied major here. People get college degrees for kinesiology and become things like athletic trainers, coaches, physical therapists. Etc.. maybe it’s something entirely different over here but at my university I played soccer/futbol and I had a lot of friend who went into this field of study and are now weight lifting coaches, physical therapist and trainers for sports teams and universities. I don’t think it’s as woo woo over here maybe lol. Either way I don’t care this is asmr is healing 😂lol
@Brently9868 ай бұрын
Kinesiology is the scientific study of movement, so physical therapists and athletic trainers sometimes take on the major in college. The stuff in the video is “applied” kinesiology, which operates on the notion that everything wrong with your body corresponds to a specific piece of your body, depending on the ailment. Scientific evidence suggests that it’s all quackery and that charging money for it as a medical practice is morally questionable, but crap is it relaxing to watch and listen to 😂
