Hey friends and welcome to the reading of Luke in the Bible. This is a new series I wanted to start for you guys. I am starting with the New Testament, and then I will be reading the Old Testament. I hope this helps you learn more about the Bible and gives you a sense of peace knowing Gods word. I will have to break up some books of the Bible into different videos due to how long they are. This is so nice ,i have been reading advent bible verse to put my mind in the right place for this time of year! But in all honesty really searching for gods word to speak to me,have a sister in law dealing with stage 4 cancer,my brother is under such stress and pain ! We lost our dad 5 yrs ago to cancer, dealing with a sister who is fighting depression due to our step dad passed 5 yrs ago ! I have a mother who is getting shots in her eyes due to macular degeneration,,i stuggle with being divorced for the third time 😢i stood outside and prayed to god to please help ! Praying for you! That’s a lot, and I’m sorry you are carrying so much right now :( I read a reflection I really loved this year- that advent is especially relevant for those who suffer and struggle in this life. We look forward to the coming of Christ with faith and hope and joy because we know how hard the life we live now is and how much we really need Him. The hope of a savior is really powerful when you know just how much you need it. That’s something I’ve been holding onto this advent struggling with chronic pain at such a young age and not understanding why or how to handle it.
