Every video of yours that I've seen has been great, but this has to be my favorite one, given that I listen to it on a nightly basis. The reason for it is because at the Light Tracking Hypnosis part of the video, with the red light, the "level" (or softness) of your voice (which is absolutely lovely no matter what volume it's at) drops to a _very_ gentle, quiet whisper/volume and stays that way (well actually, no; it actually gets even softer from that point on, especially at the note taking part - it's great). I don't know if that was deliberate on your part or if it just sort of happened as you were speaking throughout the video (I've known people whose voices sort of change as they spend a lot of time speaking), but that's what gets me every time I get to that part all the way to the end of the video. I don't know if you or anyone else who's watched/listened to this notices a difference (I've also noticed such a difference in other ASMR videos by other creators), but I certainly do, and like I said, it's great. I would be delighted if future videos either contained lengthier segments where you spoke very softly, or that the entirety of such videos were spoken at an incredibly tender volume (but I'll always tune in regardless). I'm sure that sounds weird, but I've been watching/listening to ASMR videos for over half my life; I tend to notice this sort of thing by this point. These videos and you and your voice are pure magic overall, but I had to call attention (in hopefully a good way; that's the intent, at least) to my favorite part of my favorite video of yours.

Hey um… I say this with much love. EMDR is an intensive therapy used mostly to treat severe PTSD. I’ve gone through for multiple years. It can be really intense when applied to negative/intense thoughts, emotions, or memories. If you use rem (eye movement) videos please try to focus on happy/positive things and safe place thinking. Anything more intensive should be done with a trained therapist/specialist. Just stay safe and happy ❤️

Hi Lori, I am familiar with EMDR as a sufferer of CPTSD. I am role playing as a chiropractor who also doubles as a psychotherapist. Of course you should be a licensed professional to conduct a serious treatment like EMDR. However, this is a role play, people watching are here to activate their Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. When you watch an ASMR video with the intention to sleep, you have a choice to not participate fully in the exams and just allow yourself to watch with a light level of alertness. I trust my viewers or any adult watching to turn the video off if it's not something they want to watch, not everything I create is everyone's cup of tea, and I accept that. This video is not for any kind of treatment whatsoever and doesn't claim to be. In the realm of ASMR there are literally hundreds of thousands of medical videos with artists pretending to be doctors and the majority of them are medically incorrect. They don't need to be medically accurate to induce sleepiness. There are many portions of the exam that have been omitted or shortened on purpose because my ultimate goal is relaxation. There are role plays I cannot watch because they trigger negative emotions in me and that's okay. If this is a trigger for you because you've had this therapy done in real life and it's distracting, you can freely choose to abandon the video. I consider what I do an art form and I treat it as such. Art oftentimes imitates life as it should. (Irma La Dulce ASMR moderator) Kirsty, welcome to Irma's channel. I just want to confirm - Did you only have ads _before_ the video started, not anywhere in the middle nor after? Irma removes ads from the middle and end of her videos so as to not interrupt the calming effect of her videos. Sometimes YT puts ads back in without her knowing. She does leave the ads before the video starts in order to support her family.
